| ✧ Payment Methods : | I accept payments via Venmo, Ko-Fi, and PayPal. In-game currencies are accepted: Roblox (Robux) & Genshin Impact (Top-Ups). |
| ✧ Payment : | Full payment is required upfront before I begin your commission. For commissions exceeding $100, a 50/50 payment plan is available (pay half before starting and pay another half after sketch approval). |
| ✧ Refunds : | All payments are non-refundable. |
| ✧ Pricing : | Prices are fixed and non-negotiable, so please don't ask for deals or try to barter with me. |

| ✧ Work-in-Progress (WIP) : | Clients are welcome to ask about their commission's progress at any time, but I kindly ask that these requests are not asked excessively or repeatedly. |

| ✧ Turnaround Time (TAT): | The turnaround time for your commission depends on my workload and the type of commission. Deadlines will incur additional fees. Please understand that I manage multiple priorities in life. |
| ✧ Sketch Approval: | Major changes (e.g., pose, hairstyle, clothing) will not be allowed after the sketch is approved. |
| ✧ Response Time: | If I do not receive a response within 72 hours (3 days), your slot will be given to the next person on the waitlist. |
| ✧ Social Media Posting: | I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media unless you request privacy. A +15% fee applies for private commissions. |
| ✧ Artwork Format: | All commissions will be created either digitally or traditionally, as specified. |
| ✧ Patience : | Please do not rush me. I balance school, family, and personal commitments alongside commissions. |
| ✧ Privacy : | Both parties must agree to keep sensitive or personal information confidential. |
| ✧ Communication : | I will contact clients through the platform where they reached out to me if I am interested in accepting their commission request. |
| ✧ Right to Refuse : | I reserve the right to refuse any commission request that does not comply with my terms of service. |
| ✧ Prohibited Usage : | My artwork is strictly prohibited from being used or sold as NFTs or for AI purposes. Violations will result in permanent blacklisting. |
| ✧ Cancellation : | I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund a commission at any time for any reason. |
| ✧ Artwork : | As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. |
| ✧ Credits : | Please always credit me as the creator when sharing or displaying the artwork. |
| ✧ Improvement : | Keep in mind that my art style is continuously evolving, so there may be slight differences between the examples provided and the final illustration. |
